The young lady at the front desk was very professional. After a break down on route 6, she understood the complexity of the situation involving a tow truck and state police officer. She was most accommodating and friendly. I would personally like to thank her in this review. The room itself was comfortable. It is surprising the level of detail that has gone into this room for creature comforts for the price they ask (mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine with accessories). The room is easily set to be toasty warm (here it is November) or as cold as you would like in under 5 minutes. Even without a toaster or telephone in the room, everything about what I have seen from this motel speaks volumes for the price they ask. I believe this is a family run business… and I would personally like to thank each and every one of them. You are naturally hospitable, and your generosity should be commended here in the state of Maine. This is my honest review of “The Lincoln House” motel. Thank You. -Liam A. Caliber
The owner is such a sweetheart, very accommodating and welcoming. My family and I drove all the way from Ohio and had no where to stay., She came in very late at night and gave us 2 beautiful rooms with everything we needed. We really felt at home and appreciated by a stranger who we now consider a good friend....THANK YOU! LYNSEY!
Charming little motel in the center of town! Rooms are clean and cozy. Lynsey could not be nicer. Always our 1st choice when coming to town.
This is on the CLC list! I stayed here for a few months, the rooms are cleaned once a week, and when I say cleaned, I mean cleaned! Not only do they change sheets it all gets changed. The owner is always around, the sweetest young lady you have ever met. Any questions about getting around town or looking for something just ask. The hotel is located right off the ATV/snowmobile trail., It was nothing to see the place packed with ATV. Let's talk important stuff No bugs, water pressure was awesome and super fast WiFi. All I can say is book in advance! All kinds of rooms, depending on what you need!

Stayed here a while back and forgot to say how great the stay was! Our stay was relatively unplanned and short notice, and we were extremely happy. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms which seemed newly updated. Lynsey was very hospitable and helpful. Definitely looking forward to our next stay!
I just stayed in the Lincoln House Motel for a night while we visited our winterized cabin.The motel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The owner was kind and went out of her way to be helpful. I highly recommend staying there if you are in the Lincoln area.
The Lincoln House Motel has been renovated with attention to every little detail. It is an older building with little quirks, which I think adds to its charm. Everything has been updated and replaced tastefully. The rooms are extremely clean. The shower has amazing pressure and very hot water. The beds are comfortable. The fridge is apartment size. The best part, though, is the team at the motel. I had the pleasure of meeting Lynsey and Carol. They are absolutely amazing. You will have a tough time finding two more genuine and accommodating people. You can tell they care!
